Hey everyone!
My name is David Victoria and I値l be your chair for Penn Model Congress 2017! I知 a freshman in the College of Arts and Sciences and I知 majoring in Criminology and International Relations with a minor in French (and maybe one in History). I hail from the Sunshine State but honestly prefer the Northeast cold far far more than the Florida heat. While I don稚 formally have any actual experience in Model Congress, I did MUN all throughout high school. As for groups I知 involved in, I知 a part of Penn痴 branch of Amnesty International, the International Affairs Association, and 2 theatre groups, Penn Singers and Quadramics Theatre Company.
If you have any questions/concerns about the conference, this committee, or Penn itself, you can shoot me an email at I look forward to seeing you all debate in April but until then,
Au revoir,
David Victoria
